Our first Halloween decorations are up!
A cute arrangement of the Paleo almond flour bread and coconut flour rolls I got last week from BonnBoni via a local Farmer’s Market (a DH find!). They are AMAZING! Taste and texture are what I remember good bread – back in my gluten days (5 years ago) – being like, kind of moist, chewy, with an almost sourdough taste. I will have to make more trips before the market shuts down, to freeze stock for the winter.
Here’s a tea I’m enjoying in the evening as I read and try to wind down. Some nights it even helps me stop snacking as much….some nights.
How do you wind down in the evening before bed?
